Michael Vargo reports adult giving minor alcohol at M Resort Pool in Henderson, Nevada. Penn Entertainment and casino retaliates by filing false TPO in attempt to label Vargo as sexual predator.

As of August 2025, this case has been unfortunately closed by the Henderson Police Department. The accusations you are about to read have affected Michael Ian Vargo's ability to obtain a job and labels Vargo as a sexual predator. Henderson Police refused to press charges for a security guard violating Nevada Revised Statutes. The Police Report is after the article.

During the summer of 2003, Michael Ian Vargo was going to the M Resort pool after his ex-fiancé took his son to Honolulu, Hawaii without his permission. When at the pool, Michael Ian Vargo met an individual by the name of RJ. RJ was with his father who said he was from New Jersey. They were talking about plans to go to Zion. Accompanying RJ and his father were two very large individuals that appeared to be body builders.

Michael Ian Vargo left the pool for a while and when he came back RJ was still there. He was conversing with a female. RJ did not even acknowledge Michael Ian Vargo anymore which he found very strange. There was a minor with the female and when Michael was getting out of the pool, he overheard RJ speaking with the female. She said that she needed to use the restroom. RJ looked at the minor and told him to take a drink. The mother then responded to RJ that she lets him drink every once in a while.

Michael knows the laws with minors and immediately went to the security station at the front of the entrance. He notified security of the situation and the head of security came down. Michael notified him of the situation and told the head of security that he was going upstairs to grab a coffee. He ordered a coffee and begin speaking with a male upstairs outside the coffee area. The head of security started walking past and Michael Ian Vargo was updated on the situation. He said that women needed to watch their children more. Not even a couple minutes later the female that was speaking to RJ came walking by with her son a couple steps behind. She looked at Michael with a smile and continued walking.

Michael left the M Resort Casino and was heading to storage. When he was driving his Red Toyota Tundra towards storage a small car flew by him and almost collided with his vehicle. There was a female driving with a male attempting to hide. He did not think much of it, but the next day when he went to the pool, many people were talking about this situation which was endangerment of a minor. One of the lifeguards told Michael Ian Vargo that a female security guard was letting the RJ male in for free. This same blonde female would randomly call Michael Ian Vargo "Papi" when he would be smoking in the proper area which he found strange.

Michael would travel to Huntington Beach, California as it was a cooler climate and never spent time where he was born. He came back to Las Vegas to grab inventory from storage that would possibly sell. He went to the grocery store and went to grab a sandwich. He received a call from an officer saying he wanted Michael Ian Vargo to come to M Resort to be served with a TPO.

Michael was confused with this situation as a TPO is normally for a relationship. The female security guard that was friends with the RJ male that attempted to make the child drink was filing a TPO against Michael Ian Vargo. She planned on leaving her job and put in her two weeks notice because she felt unsafe. Michal Ian Vargo explained the whole situation to the officer and was given no remorse.

Penn Entertainment and M Resort Spa Casino labeled Michael Ian Vargo as a harasser of a female. These type of accusations can have someone physically assaulted and threatened which eventually did happen. Michael Ian Vargo was never in a relationship with this female nor did he ever have a serious conversation. She would always call him "Papi" and he would do his best to be polite even though he was not attracted.

Michael Ian Vargo attempted to sue M Resort Spa and Casino in Las Vegas and the judge dismissed the case. This is an absolute embarrassment to the State of Nevada. Joe Lombardo has not made any comments about this situation. Michael encourages United States Citizens to stay away from Penn Entertainment gaming establishments such as M Resort in Henderson, Nevada. If they will do something so cruel to one citizen that reports the right thing, what would they do to you?
