Michael Ian Vargo
Michael Ian Vargo decided to attend The Pond at The Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada. He was treated to a front row lounge chair which he found strange, but Michael figured it was because word was spreading how he reported an adult attempting to give an alcohol minor at M Resort Spa Casino to security and The FBI.
Green Valley Ranch was buttering Michael Ian Vargo up to be sabotaged. He was at the pool by the waterfall and a female began to stumble when getting out. She completely falls over and cracks her whole side. Her friends go to help her and put her in a daybed. She laid there lifeless for about ten minutes.
Michael Ian Vargo looks at the person next to him and asks him if he should report it to security because she was laying in the hot sun which was well over 100 degrees and not moving. Another five minutes passed and he went and notified security. They waited five minutes and went over because she was still not moving. They woke her up and brought her into the shade with some water. I went over and asked if she was alright. Security started yelling at me and then she did as well which was strange.
When Michael was leaving one of the lifeguards started yelling at Michael Ian Vargo with a threatening pose and said very vulgar remarks. He did not say anything back and contacted police.
During the week Michael Ian Vargo contacted Green Valley Ranch to let them know he will be suing them because the lifeguard made threatening remarks endangering his life when all he did was report that a female was blacked out. The manager ended up picking up the phone and started accusing Vargo of buying women drinks and getting women drunk which was not the case. Michael did not have any money to buy people drinks. He had enough money to buy his own burger and fries.
This situation was reported to Henderson Police and they have done nothing. They closed the case. This type of accusation is usually treated very serious in all other states, but because it is Nevada they usually favor the casinos. Police in Henderson have closed the case, but if Michael Ian Vargo would of been giving the females alcohol and intoxicating them, Henderson Police would have charged him and threw him in a cell.
This casino two years later has never been reprimanded by The Governor Joe Lombardo, The Mayor of Henderson, The Police, or The FBI for the false accusations made against Vargo. This was a crime committed by Green Valley Ranch. Vargo was never given a report for victims of crime.
